Do you really think that Demitra would want to come back here though?

I think it's even more far fetched than the likes of Lindros passing over Toronto to come play in Ottawa.

Can't see Demitra in a Sens jersey either. Can't see Mucks and Murray being interested.

Only notable centres left are:
Jason Allison
Mario Lemieux (yeah right)
Eric Lindros (we already have a question mark in goal, do we really want to add one down the middle?)

Some lesser knowns:
Travis Green (an ex-Leaf on the Sens?!?!) - good on faceoffs
Sergei Brylin - solid, dependable, hard-working
Mark Messier (never going to happen - but an interesting idea)

Wouldn't hurt to have a rushing/offensive defenseman either. Leetch, while not getting a ton of points, looked pretty good against the Sens.
Sergei Brylin was resigned by the Devils to a three year contract.

I don't know if he wants to come back. Why wouldn't he?

I think the biggest weakness is in goal. If he can play like he used to then no worries. But I'd be very concerned if he can still play.

Really? I used TSN's website to get a list of available players and they have him listed as unsigned. I guess they haven't updated it in a while...wonder what they're so preoccupied with...

More than that, I don't think he's a missing piece we need. Yes, he's an elite centreman, but not the crash and bang type we're looking for. Just out of curiosity, does anyone know what his faceoff percentage is like?

I think I read it is around 50%.
