May we direct you to the comments from Leafs fans concerning their injury-ravaged team on Saturday? We've heard this one before. Seven goals later...

Hey guys, by any chance do you have an online feed or radio station I could use for the game? The game is being blacked out for me and all I want to do is follow this game if you could help.

Tripping call on 28. Should have been ours, Bruce. Should've been ours.

Looks like Orlov got a little bit of everything in his first NHL shift. Blocked a shot with his chest, got smashed into the boards, and looked a tad lost. Hopefully that woke him up.

Perfect way to draw a call by Perreault. Hustle, force the opposition to take a bad penalty, play through it, and keep upright following the infraction. Take notes, Semin.

I hope that isn't the case.

Giving up a SH goal is devastating.

My take is that Boudreau, in sitting Semin, at least wants to go out with his guys, if he's going out.

Nice hustle from Washington, early. Erratic, maybe, but engaged. That's something.

There is no difference in opinion.

But adding a few players to the area of review is as necessary as the coach. However unlike Ero, I'd get rid of the coach before I traded high quality players. You need to see what just any new voice would do to their performance. And that new voice is going to need time to evaluate those players as well.

The difficulty is you likely aren't going to get a full time coach this year if BB is fired. So your new fulltime coach isn't going to be able to opine on the short-termers who may move out like Semin.

WRT the players who talked about... none of them have the influence of Ovi. Especially on the other young guns. Those guys are there to assist the coach in "helping" the young, stubborn guns. And whatever reason, its not working to date.

im looking forward to seeing what the caps are made of here. theyve come out playing as hard as they have all season, you can just see it in the finishing of checks and effort put into every quick pass on the PP.

now that theyre behind, it'll be interesting to see if the intensity keeps up or if they go into the tank that easily...
