Help With Blackout Rules

I'm a Cox cable customer living in central Connecticut. I know I can't get regional games that are simulcast on Versus, but NHL Network games are inconsistently blacked out for me. Sometimes I get them, sometimes I don't. I think I always get the HNIC games the Rangers play in no problem, but it seems like a crapshoot for all other NHLN games. Anybody know if there's anyway I can know which games will and won't get blacked out for me aside from just crossing my fingers once the broadcast starts?
