Getting this up early since i don't know how much time i will have later today. Will probably make changes to it as well, let me know if anything is wrong. My first GDT so take it easy.
I'm just curious would you guys rather get 4th and home ice vs. Philly or NJ or 6th and get the winner of SE division? In 06 -07 we finished 6th and drew an Atlanta team had 97 points, if we finished 5th we would have gotten murdered by the eventual east winning Sens who had 105 points and if we finished 4th we would have gotten you guys who had 105 points as well. You guys were still a year away, but much better than that Atlanta team who we swept.

If anyone doesn't choose the SE division winner they should have their heads examined.
I would want to face the SE division winners in slot 6, but a part of me wants to place 4 or 5 and match up against one of the Atlantic teams - because let's face it, if we can't beat the Devils or Flyers in a 7 game series, we weren't meant to win the Cup. It's scary how bad we have been against division teams this year.

It's more scary how many man games we have lost and still can place 4th with a win vs the Rangers, and still getting dominated by division teams. All i want is a 100% healthy Pens team destroying teams. Not fair how many top teams have been healthy for a good part of the season. If this was a healthy season for Pens, we are the best in the league IMO. If we aren't then i guess Malkin and Bylsma are really this good.
Let's get em Pens! The rags only just won their last game in ot-- over the last placed team in the league-with Lundqvist in the pipes. Last game we won 4-1, we can beat em again. Hope Malkin has a big night!

They beat the Jackets in OT and got spanked by the Hawks, I think we will win tomorrow night

Not here to argue, just wanna clear up some things.
1. We outplayed the Hawks for 40 minutes, expect for that first period, which still gives me nightmares. But as I said, for most of the game, the Rangers were the better team
2. The Rangers DOMINATED the BJ's. Puck possession had to be like 70/30, which is even more impressive, considering the Rangers' style of play. They just couldn't finish. The play on the game winner, we did like 5 times in regulation, and missed the empty net every time
F Ruslan Fedotenko, who has missed five games after taking a high hit, skated for the second straight day and either he or seldom-used Wojtek Wolski may play tonight. - Bergen Record
Interesting that Jeffrey is sitting out for Tangradi. I'm not saying he's playing so they can "showcase" him, but it is a bit strange that Jeffrey is out of the lineup for him. Seems un-Bylsma like.
