Really all Brown did was get in Russell's way. He could've really smoked him.

I don't think you shouldn't be able too, I just think you shouldn't and that a lot of players wouldn't.

And it wasn't just a hit, it'd be different if it was even over the centre ice on the Kings side, but it was in the Blues zone.

To many individual efforts and bad decisions with the puck cost us. Berglund being snake bitten doesn't help either.

I like how Doughty ran and hid after the hit.

If Stewart gets 3 games for the Kronwall hit, then yeah, there's no way the league doesn't do something about that.

Fusturating game, we looked good but they took advantage of when we didn't. I'm fearing tomorrow night in Pittsburgh.

So if what Stewart did is worth 3 games, what Doughty did should be worth 5 because he did it with the stick, and had clear intent, and has a history.

But of course, Doughty won't be suspended. I'd bet money. Doughty is a star in the league, and we're not the Red Wings; so nothing will happen.

Ridiculous game. The refs wouldn't put away the whistle, and called some of the most invisible calls I've seen (for both sides). Particularly, Roughing on Sobotka. What was Rough about that?

Just an awful game. We didn't do much to help ourselves out, but the refs just sucked the life out of the game.

The officiating was bad but the Blues killed off all the penalties, except for the one where Jackman turned it over right to the Kings players. He single-handedly gave the Kings two goals. Is there any way this loss isn't on him?

Doughty should be suspended for that hit. It was worse than Stewart's in two respects: it was a crosscheck as opposed to a shove, and it happened with 1 second left. Doughty did it because he knew there was no time left and he could get away with it without costing his team.
