Aaagh the stars aren't plain physical at all it drives me ****ing nuts. It's like they put on their whites and just decide to not hit at all. It's easily my biggest qualm about this team.

When there's nothing but wide open ice in the middle of your zone, you dont gravitate towards the corner, you cover the middle. On the LA feed they actually showed Daley pointing to Richards and looking at Ribs going through the neutral zone to tell him to cover Richards, I'm as big fan of Ribs but that was terrible on his part, not that Grossman is faultless in that situation either.

seems to me that the Kings are just a harder working team than the Stars. They aren't actually all that much more talented then the Stars, but every single time they win the majority of the battles.

They're much better coached too.

This is a major let down after the Edmonton game.

You have to admit that if it wasn't for two fluke last minute comeback shootout wins against Phoenix (the Stars deserved to lose both in regulation) the Stars would be in full panic mode as they have shown absolutley no ability to compete in this division. Even that Anaheim game they completly dominated the Stars, although the scoreline wasn't as close.

This team has 0 chance of making the playoffs until the division play changes.

This game was going so well, it was only a matter of time until we were going to score until we made two errors that cost us 2 goals. It frustrates the hell out of me, we should be the team up 2-0!

Although I still have faith and this gutsy feeling will force it to extra time.

Just caught up, disappointing that we seemed to have given up after the 2 quick goals. We were dominating offensive chances till then. Maybe its just LA playing their defensive shell game after taking the lead.

Quick gives us so much trouble its insane. LA really is the worst team we play against.

Not even close. Have you seen their roster on paper? It's insane. They actually underachieve quite a lot and the Kings fans want Murray's head for that. They also hate his system for the most part. This team should be dominating us with how deep they are in their top 6, Defense, and Goaltending.

They have 3 or 4 all star calibar players in Kopitar, Doughty, Richards, and Quick (honestly I'm not as sold on Quick as most). We have 3 in Benn, Eriksson, and Lehtonen.

If they were so great like everyone seems to think they'd have more success in the regular season and win a playoff round at some point. I basically see them as being on the same level as Nashville and Phoenix.

Except about 12 million in payroll and a real forward core?

Johnson ****ing blows. The guy is basically the Christian Ehrhoff of the West. He plays ridiculously sheltered minutes and scores all his points on the PP.

also DALLAS SCORES! BACK IN IT!

Benn!!! Great patience! Glad he didn't take it around the back or something though.

Greene would've taken the goal off its moorings anyway.

Earlier Razor pointed out that Benn's minutes could be higher; I agree with him. I'm not saying he needs to be hitting the 23 minute mark every game but closer to 20 mins/gm with the occasional double-shifting to keep other teams on their toes would be huge.

Let's see you bench Ott, Gulutzan. Arguing his way to the box. Fair's fair right?
