I love how the same people seem to make stupid mistakes over and over again. These are the same people Murray keeps playing over and over again.

I can't believe they couldn't defend a lead for 20 ****ing seconds. Looked like nobody even tried on that faceoff.

Are you related to Moreau?

I simply have no idea how anyone can watch this team play and continue to defend this guy like you do.

There is a reason no one wanted this guy over the summer. He is a ******* disgrace and a terrible hockey player. He was the worst player on the BJ's roster last season yet Dean in his quest to rebuild the 2006 Oilers thought fit to bring him in, and he is reaping what he sowed.

What exactly has this guy done to stay in the lineup every night?

He sucks, I'd rather have Ivanans in the lineup.

There's no doubt in my mind that losing Handzus is hitting us hard. With him gone, we have no other bottom 6 forwards that we can trust in crucial situations, so when our top two lines need a break, Ethan Moreau is given the responsibility of being on the ice in critical situations.

Overreact? I didn't want Moreau when we signed him and he has proven my point every second he has been on the ice. Just because Moreau is not going to be waived does not mean that he should not. The guy just does not belong in the NHL anymore.

Point still stands, at any rate; you guys played a solid game, and even though it took him out of position, that was a pretty nice hit from JJ on Ribs.

Took some clutchness, and a fair dose of luck, for Dallas to get even a point tonight, but both teams manage to leave with more points than when they came in.

See you n December!
It had nothing to do with that. It's just funny that everybody blames Jack Johnson for this loss and you post that he has great games against Dallas. I see what you're doing there.

Why do you think I want him on the Ucks??? They're impersonating an NHL team right now...

18:30-19:15 = First line
19:15-20:00 = Second line

It makes sense, especially on the tail end of a back to back and with our third line incapable of keeping the puck out of our zone.

I think our lack of a shutdown line that doesn't include Mike Richards is getting really exposed here. Zeus would have gotten those minutes the last few years and he probably would've locked it down.

i disagree, if you tie the guy up and the puck comes loose, Kopi is out of position the stars still have a 3 on 2. What he did is the right play there, just try and dump the puck. If the Kings werent shorthanded, tieing him up would have been fine

If you pause the DVR on the replay starting Kings Live, the puck is about 2 inches from crossing the blueline, and Ott's left skate is in the zone and his right skate is in the air. Like I said, though, the Kings deserved to lose that one. They dug their own hole.

The answer to that question is Murray.

Something positive:
Eventually Murray will retire, meaning we get a new coach despite DL's inability to fire one.

Yeah, I assume he felt it was his best chance at making an impact on the play in trying to seperate the puck since he started out behind the puck carrier. He should have just kept his stick on the ice and booked it. But he did play a pretty aggressive game and he has been making some crunching hits lately. I was just telling my friend that the physical game he's been playing lately is actually rekindling my love for the guy but he just can't do that. That was Michigan stuff.

BTW, did you see him try to fight a couple games ago. I hope he keeps the edge without being stupid.

There are a few positives...

3 points in a back to back, this team totally blew another point, but from a statistical perspective it is positive.

Westgarth scoring

Third and fourth line seem to be developing chemistry and establishing an identity as a unit, until Moreau crapped himself that is.

that's it.

Bad penalty every f'ing game is not overreacting. The entire 3rd line sucks.

The Kings were out coached, yet again. Can we please end the TM and Moreau experiments already.
