I'm wondering what twitter sources you guys trust the most for breaking hockey news. I follow incarcerated bob, hockey break and Ek, but I take everything they say with a grain (or 50) of salt, plus the reliable sources like McKenzie and Dreger. What do you guys think? What reliable and what entertaining sources do you like?
IB is hilarious in a bad way as in he is a jerk to everybody and now has an IBNGoonSquad who just spam people he doesn't like, so I kind of follow him for jokes. Apparently he's only good about Philly news

Your favourite sources are all users with below 0 credibility?
Why would you put yourself through that stupidity when there are actual hockey insiders like Dreger and McKenzie on twitter?
Dreger, Mckenzie, Lebrun are probably the best. I follow Kypreos and a couple others as well. James Mirtle and the pension plan puppets have a couple guys that are worth following as well for Leafs talk.
Don't follow anyone as a source. Follow them as entertainment, and an occasional interesting story. All insiders are not inside anything. when things do happen, they all race for the gold medal to be the 1st, but they all tweet it within 6 seconds of each other.
I do like Jonas and mirtle to give me some Leaf news, and Mirtle is happy to debate topics if you keep it civil.
As most people have stated, for Leafs insider info the best are Mackenzie, Lebrun, Dreger and on occasion Kipper.
Really anything outside of that is hard to take anything more than speculation from.
I find beat writers sometimes get the info the quickest, but if you don't want to be bombarded by roster/game tweets of a team you don't care about, usually it's only a matter of minutes before one of the big boys retweet anything that has any credibility.
But seriously, I just wait for **** to happen. I've long overcome the need to listen to idle speculation from "sources" since most of the stuff they hear is just chatter anyway.
And typically w/ Burke, you don't see it coming anyway. Does anyone remember anything leading up to the Phaneuf deal? Or the Beauchemin for Lupul, Gardiner deal? The only exception that could be made is the Kaberle deal. But that was like an accident in slow motion.
Most of the credible media sources are good follows. Even the asshats like Cox and Simmons are fun follows, if only for the sheer stupidity they provide.
