Kind of an odd take. I would put that one on the feds personally.
But as to the Arena the last 3 premiers wouldn't have been likely to support funding of a downtown Edmonton arena and fiscal conservative Daniel Smith wouldn't be either so I'm not sure what the purpose of this thread is.
