[QUOTE=Spongolium;39974863]Sestito is a decent player. He's not like a typical scrub. He's not that great a fighter either for his size.[
I guess the Flyers can't afford to give him a call up unless they think he will stick because he won't make it back thru waivers with the way he is playing.
Not sure what thread to put this in but pretty sure I saw Brayden Schenn among the crew of JVR, Giroux, Hartnell, and Carle at the eagles game today. Could be a good sign that he's getting the official call up soon?

I was at the Eagles game and I noticed this too.
Hopefully you're right.
It's kinda sad though that the Flyers' showed up for an Eagles home game, but the Eagles didn't...

Tye McGinn's stats doesn't look too impressive so far with the Phantoms, but he is apparently a tough guy to play against. At least according to Sean Couturier.
Quote:
Toughest Competitors Encountered: "In juniors I had Hubert Labrie in Gatineau, Tye McGinn."
From The Hockey News getting to know article about Couturier.
Sounds like Slater Koekkoek just got a pretty bad shoulder injury requiring surgery. If he gets surgery hes done for the year, could he slip down to the Flyers in the draft?
NHLFlyers Philadelphia Flyers
#Flyers have recalled (F) Brayden Schenn & (D) Kevin Marshall from Phantoms. Also, forward Andreas Nodl was claimed off waivers by Carolina

Too early to tell, but I would say he'll be available in our range. It's amazing how many solid D prospects there are this year. Can't wait to see how it plays out.

Of course that is if we still have our first (Bobby Ryan) Just kidding.
Would be nice to see some top level talent fall some what to give us the chance atleast to trade up some to snatch them up
If Galchenyuk falls to us we HAVE to take him as BPA. He may be a center but he plays right wing as well. Too much talent not to if Docs say he is a ok.

Realistically where do we see him falling? I don't see him slipping out of the top 10. If thats the case we would definitely have to trade up for him.
Wow really?? Thats a far far drop... If he is their at 17 we should move up and get him but of course other teams will most likely be thinking the same thing
Eh, I dont know if Im sold on Galchenyuk. It does come into question how good he is without playing on a line with Yukapov, who is considered the best prospect in a really long time.
With the current health of Pronger and who knows what Timonen has left in the tank after his contract is up the Flyers have to stock up on defenseman. draft the best D on the board.
Hopefully we keep our draft picks this year.

Or just go hard after Suter this summer or before dead line. Probably the best idea. Our franchise stinks when it comes at drafting d-men.
