Dominant all-around game. Everyone showed up and played hard for the victory.
But it seems that whenever Henrik is given more goal support, he looks worse. Not that much of a concern, but it is interesting to note that he plays best when the team scores less.
great effort. they won all the battles. i wasn't worried - too badly - after the first. would love this version to remain. they way out-chanced the caps too. impressive!

Its been that way for as long as I can remember. Whenever we score 1 goal or NO goals, Lundqvist is unstoppable, but once we score 5 goals, you can BET he gives up a few (and some soft).
Honestly i've been on the we suck bandwagon. th first couplw of games ... I thought we suck. But after the last 12 games ... guys ... fellow blueshirts.
There is no way we are not a good team! There is no way our offense or attack has any problems, cause we have the least shots on net! In fact, the fact that we are one of the teams that shoots the least on net, is awesome! Cause we are one of the better teams considering scoring!
I bet that our shot to goal ration is the leagues best! Somebody please check it up for me!
No more bull **** guys. The Rangers are there, we all knew it all along, we were just too untruthful about it, there was always this decency, this hypocritic respect.
Thanks NYRangers88! The Islanders just recently got shutout by the Devils, bittersweet though. Would've preferred to see the Islanders win since I hope the Devils miss the playoffs.
still lots of work for this team to do, but better effort...keep building
Excellent all around effort; really nice to see! D-Step is their best player right now. Thought Carl Hagelin looked pretty comfortable out there for his first big league game. Maybe staying all 4 years of college was a good thing for his game; he improved every year at Michigan and perhaps he can be a refreshing change for us. Thought Girardi and McDonagh did a great job with Ovie and company. Hank made some key saves also. Like you said, there's work to be done.
