Anyone want to contribute? I'm open to discussion. I agree Pleks is not ideal...and I keep hearing pleks sucks on the point.... but no one is offering an alternative. Obviously when Markov comes back this will change.

Huge fan of road players who say Merci to the RDS crew. Little nice touch. It's not that hard to say.

On a less defensive team he would be potting well over 50 points, that isn't a third line centre.
I've been saying for a while I think he would be more effective on the wing. Big centers eat him up in our own zone.

Pacioretty isn't a complete power forward. He's big, but he doesn't play very physical, nor does he get a lot of penalty minutes. He's more of a 6'2'' sniper.

Actually, it is where would you play Campoli?

Campoli is more of PP specialist who was brought in to fill the gap until Markov returned. He doesn't seem to be as defensively sound as Spacek. Then there is the problem with Spacek's contract... he is probably not tradeable at this point and can't be released or relegated to the minors to eliminate his cap hit.

So, I still think the question is where do you play Campoli

Personally, I would roll...

Markov - Subban
Emelin - Weber
Gorges - Campoli

Move Subban around if things are not jelling but those are who I would like to see. Now what Martin will do...

Markov - Gorges
Subban - Gill
Spacek - Diaz

Emelin sits
Weber plays forward

Something like that.

Man, why doesn't Patches hit the Penguin player there? We need to mean him up somehow.

I think this is Spacek's last year. So he'd be easier to trade this year. Then again I think Campoli only signed a one year.. so also easy.

That's not a goal.

Well, after watching the replay, it shouldn't be a good goal IMO.

Another point for Crosby if it's a good goal.

I hope you're wrong. I hope he isn't just a big peripheral player - we already have too many peripheral players.
