I cringe at the thought of throwing in the "we might as well have a PPV" date for Raleigh in late May. Over the Limit will break records for crowd lameness, and probably equally so in terms of a below average card.
How about Extreme Rules card? That looks filthy sick.
- Brock vs. Cena
- Punk vs. Jericho II
- DB vs. Sheamus 2-out-of-3 falls
I'm just shocked they're rushing Brock into such a high card right away. Most likely going to finish in a disaster. Look for a 5 minute match with outside interference.

The last one could be another ******* move and last for what? 30 seconds this time?

In a smark city like Chicago, I doubt WWE goes the route AGAIN, especially after WrestleMania's squash failed. Whether WWE wants to admit it or not, while 'YES' seems to have been squashed, Daniel Bryan is still more over than he's ever been in his career and the squash was set up to put Sheamus over huge with the fans, but he's now getting mixed or no reaction at all from the crowd after he was getting huge pops on Smackdown and Raw since he turned face.
Oh, and the ratings show just how bad Smackdown was last night: 1.52 rating. I know it's Smackdown, but even the previous live editions get at least close to what they do on Friday's. 1.52 is one of the lowest ratings for a Raw or Smackdown I've ever seen.

Face Sheamus actually worked up until Mania. He was incredibly over, and even entertaining imo. Putting him over in a squash match against Bryan was a horrible move and/or bad luck. I don't think anyone expected Bryan to get the huge pop he did when he came out for his match, but the WWE should have expected some pretty good backlash for squashing the heavyweight champ at Wrestlemania.
Don't get me wrong, I still enjoy face Sheamus, but his title win was a joke and I have a hard time taking this reign seriously because of it.
Holy crap, the crowd edited reaction for Daniel Bryan was TERRIBLE. You can see 90% of the arena doing the 'YES' chant with Bryan including the arm motions, yet he gets booed by everyone? ****ing stupid, WWE.
- Midcarders backstage make fun of local jobber in the ring
- Local jobber cuts a bad promo, announcers make fun of im
- Ryback defeats him in 30 seconds

You have to understand their logic. They just released a shirt with the Yes! slogan. Why would they... wait, I have no idea where I am going with this.
It is stupid. Let the crowd take control of this like they did with Austin's What? slogan.

At least the first two guys cut a heel promo. Lerman dedicated the match to his mother, WTF?
Although I did enjoy Cole's reaction when Booker said "Don't count this kid out just yet.".
I watched Smackdown and I'm sort of confused on what they want out of Daniel Bryan. They let the "yes" chants go sometimes and then cover 'em up on others. He's featured - yet he's not. It's a bit strange.
Let this ride out. This could be very good. I think they are trying to sell one pay-per-view and then move DB to the back of the line as they are opening up a Del Rio/Sheamus feud that nobody cares about.

Funny you mentioned that. I read the original plan was ADR/Sheamus at Extreme Rules, but it changed solely due to the fan reaction to Daniel Bryan. If it's true... YES! YES! YES!
Hopefully he wins the World title at Extreme Rules when AJ gets involved or something and afterwards he goes into a program with Christian. Those matches... my god.

I'm in for that, but guessing db loses and they drop the yes stuff. No way is sheamus losing the title so quickly. Sheamus has zero steam at all, but theybare sold.
Honestly I hope Sheamus's title reign doesn't last too long. I remember reading off of the dirt sheets after Wrestlemania that he would have a long title reign.
I hope Sheamus doesn't have a long title reign. Sheamus just bores me. If the World Championship was put on Bryan, Christian or Henry, I'd gladly watch all 2 hours of Smackdown again and not just the parts I want on youtube. I only watched Bryan/AJ's segment this week.
Oh... and a 'YES!' chant was started at the Olympic trials in Iowa City today. The crowd was estimated at 13,750. Bryan's created a monster. YES! YES! YES!
Seems like something new coming for Wade Barrett. He hasn't tweeted since he got injured and suddenly, two tweets were posted last night:
Wade Barrett @WadeBarrett
Quote:
Due to a number of factors, Mr. Barrett has signed the administration of this account over to his attorney for the foreseeable future.

Mr. Barrett will be making no further comment at this stage. Regards, Peter Lazarou, Esq.
Another forum I'm on speculated that he was getting released, which is just completely stupid to even begin to speculate. Obviously, some sort of character change is coming to Barrett it seems. Hopefully it leads to something big for him, maybe a championship match at WrestleMania next year if he's booked well coming back from injury.
