Elliott has been the best by a mile. For his price especially it is just working out fantastically for the Blues. Flash has been great for the Cats as well...good chemistry with Versteeg.

Currently I would say the worst is the Leino deal. The length and terms of the deal are just not looking like a good investment at the moment. Also, the Canes are already trying to get out of the Kaberle deal...that isn't looking so good to say the least.
