He gave Pryor fits with his speed. I can see him being a force on special teams. 260 lbs bearing down on you during a kickoff, moving at a 4.4-40 pace...good luck.

I hope we can get Curry in the 2nd if he's still there. I still want a big, run-stopping LB in the 1st.
That's the game when I first noticed him. I think he had something like 20 tackles. I e-mail with Ray Didinger pretty frequently, and before the draft last season he said he thought Harvey would be a special teams demon if nothing else.

Outside of Kuechly and Hightower, I don't think there is a linebacker worth taking at #15; I'm not a big Zach Brown guy in general, and he's certainly not a run-stopping LB. Personally, I think that kind of LB can be found in the middle rounds -- perhaps someone like Audie Cole.

The QB situation is so dire in the NFL that Im sure there would probably take a flyer on Vick for at least one season at that price. If the Eagles really wanted to get some positive energy from their fan base they know who to go after that certain player does in fact become a free agent... but sadly they wont do it.

Hmmm, I posted this after they beat the Packers. The NFC east has won more than a 1/4 of the SB played yet we dont have 1.

As an Eagles fan this has to make you sick. The Giants have done twice what the Eagles couldn't do once, beat New England in the the Superbowl.

Congrats to the Giants and they're fans you did it again. **** you Andy, **** You.

Hahaha, this is hilarious. Coughlin has been here since 2004 and has won twice while the Eagles smug organization failed in their only attempt.

Dude really? Really? You just won the game and you're here trolling? Cool bro.

Also, tell me something I don't know as an Eagle fan.

Well, my bad I didn't know you were an Eagle fan. I saw a specific word in your post which sent me off the edge.

I'm just so fed up with the Eagles.

Why is the Flyers beat writer asking when pitchers and catchers report?

God hates Philadelphia.

Take a page out of Lethal Weapon from Mel Gibson and "Hate him back, it works for me."

I'm in Chicago right now and avoid fb for the night so it wont really sink in for me that this happened again.

Im fed up with them too, and that's why I made these comments. But hey, only 74 more days until Reid screws up the draft.

You got that right. I really am not going to care next season. I will always be a fan but I just can't be like how I was.

Do what I did this past season. Watch for the enjoyment that is gallows humor, and laugh whenever the Eagles screw up. It's as about as much enjoyment you can get from that team with their FO, and the fat man still there, because he's never going to win.

Andy: Hey Jeff, Joe. Looks like you've got a couple of good lunches there. Those pastrami sandwiches on rye?

Lurie + Banner: Yeah.

Andy: I've got an idea, how about I trade down my grilled chicken on a whole wheat wrap for one of those, and you guys can have one of my meals next year?

Jeff: I don't know Andy I'm quite angry with how things have went at our lunches over this past year. I'll have to weigh the pros and cons of this deal

Joe: You've tried this deal with me before Andy, and I've always said no. Why do you keep trying this and expecting a different result?

Andy: You're both right. Here, why don't you guys have my spare chicken quesadilla? I put it in a good position to keep it warm, right under one of my rolls.

Joe: Oh you've got bread rolls?

Andy: Who said anything about bread?

Jeff: Andy this wrap just fell apart in my lap. I couldn't be more disgusted. I'm really thinking of kicking you out of our lunch gatherings. But... after consideration I think you bring the best chance for these experiences to be pleasant so that's why you're going to stick around.

Andy: Okay Jeff. Yeah, I guess I've got to do a better job with folding my quesadillas. Hey Jeff, I see that Howie just left the men's room. Didn't you have to use it? Time's yours.

Aaaaaaand scene.

^ That's the scary part, they probably are having a conversation like that because Lurie keeps on pulling in money.

I'm glad I don't like football as much as I used to because if not the mere fact that one of those teams was going to win the Super Bowl would have made my head explode.

Though, I'm still annoyed that since he's won two Super Bowl MVP's people are going to consider Eli, not only better than his brother, but one of the best QB's ever. Despite the fact that he's only had 1 elite season.

Doesn't matter. He's going to the Hall of Fame.

Jreffrey Lurie's August media event will be interesting to watch.
