Well I don't think Vick could have look much worse and we won, so I guess that is a little encouraging.

A 1 point win by the skin of your teeth against a team with multiple rookie starters at key positions who you should beat by at least double digits...

Eagles were extremely lucky to win this one. And I'm sure Reid will act like they had it in the bag the whole time.

They are going to get crushed in the home opener

I'd like to thank Chaz Henry and Brandon Weeden for this victory. It couldn't have happened without them. Lord knows Vick wasn't good. Pulling victory from the jaws of defeat which was previously in the jaws of victory was interesting to see.

I looked at the stats and 4 interceptions... really? When was the last time that happened?

This team is terrible, the pass to run was like 70/30. That was the only reason the Browns even had a chance.

The replacement refs were the best team on the field today. That's saying something.

Akers drills one from 63, Henry shanks one from 40.

It looked somewhat like a repeat of last season except the defense looked real good. They need to take advantage of having LeSean when The Browns took the lead they ran in straight down the field with McCoy.

Yea why did The Eagles ever let him go? I think he wanted to stay...

An ugly win is better than a pretty loss. But that was very disturbing

I knew it'd be closer than people expected...but not that close. The way the defense played (from the little I saw) was very encouraging.

Last years Eagles would have lost that game, IMO.

Not pretty and matter a fact really ugly, but 1-0.

At first glance, I saw that Vick had 56 pass attempts and thought that Reid went crazy but then I realized they had 88 total plays. I still would like to see them run the ball more though.

I give it one quarter before Ngata puts Vick out of the game next week. The offensive line is terrible and Reid's inability call run plays lends itself to the Raven's defense just teeing off on Vick next week.

This years Eagles would've lost this game too, had they been playing any other team than the Browns.

Yeah, but you're not counting the 7 runs he had, which I can't remember any being designed. Still, 56 pass plays is too much for Vick, let alone 63 called.

Vick was terrible, but, in my opinion, the bigger concern is our complete and utter lack of an offensive line. There was a free rusher on far too many players. Against a team with actual talented pass rushers, we're in big trouble.

An optimistic person would say Vick came through when it mattered most and stayed healthy. We also still won despite Vicks worst game as an Eagle.

Against arguably the worst team they'll play all year. A win is a win is a win, but you honestly can't feel good about Vick for the rest of the year. He hasn't looked good since before the Vikings snow game 2 seasons ago.

When you think about how we only won by 1 point, it's pretty funny. Need to take care of those turnovers and dumbass penalties.

the browns defense isnt that bad. it is their offense (mainly qb play) that makes them terrible. but regardless, it was a terrible game. their punter was the most important player.

5 more days until they get ripped apart by the Ravens. I hope I'm wrong but after what the Ravens did last night, we should be afraid.

They need to take care of those issues, only thing is that we have been saying that for how many years now?
