good win.

played with a lot of energy for the first two periods
DL start working on an extension for Quick
MR is so ****ing smart. i cringe to think where we would be without him.

problems: didnt generate many quality scoring chances. I thhink SJ had the same amount of scoring chances in the the last few minutes of the 2nd as we did all game.
if we continue to keep Gagne with MR we better pray that Penner returns to form or else we might as well use Kopi's as our shutdown line.

Uh oh, TM says Hunter played well. Wow, where is everyone? Oh yeah, they won so the usual suspects went to bed.

Awesome win!

Quick was amazing.

I felt bad for Kopi with his new wingers.

Gagne and Richards seem great together.

I still don't like Moreau.

Kings finally get over the 2 goal mark and Toronto had something to say about that.

Great game. Finally nice to watch the Kings win again. Feels great!

Basically Murray said we got screwed again on the call. It's official Toronto hates us.

I understand how Kopitar might be frustrated, but Brown isn't chopped liver. Kopitar needs to become the kind of player that makes his wingers better players.

Remember when Greztky used to get his wingers Jay Miller and Marty McSorely on the scoresheet?

No, but Brown and Hunter are head and shoulders above Miller and McSorely. No reason Kopitar can't produce something with those two.

Good team win in spite of some lousy coaching.

This is the only way I see us winning the cup which is a shame because we are overloaded with the right type of talent but if we can play like we did tonight and make the playoffs healthy this team can do some serious damage without having an effective head coach.

Toronto has yet to go our way with any consistency ever on any calls and in fact it is starting to seem quite deliberate to me anyways in the way that they rule against us almost every time.

Great play by a budding star goalie in JQ. Really solid and the team in front of him blocked a ton of chances too.

Next game should be a good one.

Is it really Puck's B day?

If so happy B Day Puck U. You really are an extraordinary person and provide a service that allows people like me the ability to follow the team with ease when it would otherwise be at least very difficult to do so.

Not to mention you know your hockey.

I am a fan of yours and will always continue to be one.

Have the happiest of B Days now and until the fat lady sings.

I hope so.The problem is were dealing with Terry Murray who will probably change his mind about players coming back from injury, and scratched Penner in favor of Hunter or the like.

if youre asking kopitar to take his game to the next level and become the 90-100 point player we all think he is, he's gonna need a little more help than Hunter and Brown.

Don't bother bro, they simply don't care. It's extremely easy to whine about the coach.
That's why everyone does it.

Hell the Redwing fans were calling for Babcock's head early this season.

Look how smart that would have turned out. The Wings are on fire, and back to being the Wings.

On topic:

Quick was amazing, Richards had a strong game. I knew Richards was a good player, but not this good. Richards brings it every night.

The fourth line looked good again. I think that line finally has an identity. Now we just need the third line to get on board.

Loki doesn't right, wonder if he is trying to hard.

Yes it does, pretty much every team in the NHL has fans who gripe on message boards about their coaches like that.

I'm not expecting him to be a 90-100 point player with those two on his line. However, I still expect him to be some type of threat offensively with those two and produce something and create something for them as well.

It is just starting to look like Anze is starting to go into his annual funk where he gets something like 2 goals over a 15 game stretch.

Happy B Puck.

Quick is quick.

Kopi is Thornton's worst enemy, well done Kopi.

Toronto is #&%???!## piece of #$€.

We were lucky in the end but some of those calls were ridiculous.

Next game

BTW Bob was more confused in this game then I've ever heard him before. still love him
