Hey, guys.

Missing this game (and my own team's) because I'm in class, but how are the guys playing compared to under Bruce?

good to see 90 back. wish they could do something about that forcefield just below the o-zone circles.

They've showed a little more pep in the 1st, but its clear it will take a couple weeks for the affect of DFH to show, I hope.

I'd rather see the guy who gives us the best chance of winning the Cup playing more games. That's Vokoun.

Should we give Perreault more time than an aged Halpern?

This may be the most lightweight second line in the NHL. Least they could do is not fumble pucks all the time.

orlov's looked good tonight (with one glaring brainfart where he tried to take the puck into the middle of the ice). getting good ice time too.

d ice time is interesting tonight. VERY balanced.

semin's damn near the bottom. ovechkin's low too...

It's embarassing that you're doing it while missing one of the top dmen in the league.

Yeah, Eakin has looked very much the part of a rookie for the past few games.

Skating a bit harder this period but they just don't seem to be on the same page. Gonna take a great individual effort to tie this game up I think.

Its clear Vokoun gives the Caps the best chance to win a Cup? Based on what? If Vokoun was the lone bright spot during the recent span of suck I would agree, but that has not been the case.

semin's wrist shot is harder than probably 75% of the slap shots in the league. it's roughly equally accurate, unfortunately.

JoeB is wrong, hockey fans know Dale racked up points, otherwise he is just a goon. It made hating him much easier. I hated him when he was in Quebec, thrilled to get him of course.

Why not? I guess Vokoun and Halpern have been playing out of their minds the last 2 weeks and I missed it.

So is Semin in a slump or does he always play like he doesn't really care?

Based on the 2 goalies careers compared, including their 2010 seasons. Neuvy is the "challenger" here, so I might posit the same to you: If Neuvy was the lone bright spot during the recent span of suck I would agree, but that has not been the case.
