Oscar Eklund . Has his development skyrocket in Soumi?
And that D all in all doesn't look scary.

Goalies:
Viktor Fasth, AIK
Joacim Eriksson, Skellefteå

Defensemen:
Simon Bertilsson, Brynäs
Staffan Kronwall, Djurgården
Daniel Fernholm, HIFK
Mattias Ekholm, Brynäs
Oscar Eklund, Kärpät
Jonas Frögren, Färjestad
Mattias Karlsson, HV71

Forwards:
Mikael Johansson, Färjestad
Mattias Sjögren, Färjestad
Calle Järnkrok, Brynäs
Carl Söderberg, Linköping
Patrik Zackrisson, Atlant
Niklas Persson, CSKA Moskva
Robert Nilsson, Torpedo
Mattias Ritola, Modo
Jakob Silfverberg, Brynäs
Nicklas Danielsson, Modo
Jonas Andersson, Atlant
Fredrik Warg, Dynamo Riga

Niclas Bergfors will be on the team if he becomes available and David Petrasek is a reserv on D in Russia ready to hop in.

Söderberg is the only player from the EHT teams with the motivation that he could be a World Champs player down the road and needs to play in these tournaments.

I like this squad much more than the last one. Finally a really good puckmover and shot on the PP in Ekholm. No Mange Johansson this time either sucks though.

That defense is slow as hell, and all L-handed shots. Nice group of forwards, though.

Mange has been horrible this season and shouldn't be close to the national team right now. He is either injured and not telling what it is or his age is catching up with him at an alarming rate.

I see lack of creativity in that D-crop aswell. Put Järnkrok on the point with Ekholm on the first PP. If they use Kronwall 5on3 again Mårts should be fired.

All of those forwards (except Bergfors, Danielsson and Jonas Andersson) can play center. I wonder who they actually are going to use as centers.

He's been better the last games, which is really important. Anyway, Mårts choosed not to take any players from Linköping, Frölunda & Luleå as they are playing in the European-trophy playoffs, except for Söderberg which he just couldn't not pick.
