Anyone else at least impressed with the Leafs tonight?

They've staying in this and looked dangerous for long stretches. It's not like Boston's a pushover. Leafs have competed for the whole game. A couple of stupid penalties killed them (2 pk goals against), and killed some of their momentum.

Last season the Leafs are blown out in a game like this one, where the opponent is so dominant.

Half of Lucic's points this season have come in 3 games against us. He and Seguin get all their points against us.

Leafs played a respectable game. Still not good enough though. Let's also keep in mind Bruins have points in 11 straight games, well 12 now.

So many girls in this thread crying. Can't imagine how nauseating it would be to sit and watch a Leaf game with some of you.

Time for Reims to play Saturday instead since he is the only Leaf goalie to actually beat them

6-2, 7-0.. now 5-3 our best game.. we scored the most goals and let in the least.

even so that's attrocious.. when you score 3 against thomas you need to have a strong defensive game and win that.. this game was winnable.. we had some good streches and chances that we didn't capitalize on.

prediction: Leafs score one goal, play really hard in the last minutes , dont score, and get 0 points.

Is Phaneuf playing hurt? Every time he gets hit he's very slow to get up.

Leafs battled hard and played well. The Bruins are a very strong team, who we really have trouble handling in our end.

A couple of weak plays in front of our crease and that's game. Still lots of encouraging things to take away.
