I expect Montreal to come out with a lot of energy in this game. Bernier may have to weather an early storm.

Need Kopitar at his very best today. No excuses I don't care who is playing on his wings.

Seems like we do particularly poorly with these afternoon games when it's vs. teams from the eastern time zone. To them it feels like a 3:30PM game. To the Kings it's just too damn early.

I don't have too many complaints on Kopi. But yes, I consider this to be a big test for LA to see how they can fare in adversity.

I remember the last time we played the Habs. Higgins held and spun Doughty late in the game and I think it was Morel that let it go. Higgins ended up scoring and Montreal won in OT.

Also the game that Gauthier delivered a brutal elbow to Gorges.

Drewiske is going to have a DD hattrick today.
2 goals, 2 fights, and a buxom woman in the crowd flashes him.

Not to hijack this thread but I laughed audibly at your username when I saw it on the recent posts column. Excellent choice

Ack, we suck in the afternoon AND against the Canadiens. As a Bernier fan, why do I feel like Murray always puts him in games where we'll probably lose? I feel like it's a setup. LOL

That being said, I think he'll play better this game, as we won't be IN Montreal, as we were last time he played the Habs. Too many nervous. I hope he has a huge game, but I don't feel good about it.

Oh yeah, and I'm not lovin' the Bernier "Be Better" pic in the OP. Whatever. He HAS won his last two games.

If this team can't get up for a Saturday game against Montreal(which is being broadcasted nationally in Canada), it's time for a complete rebuild. Joking aside it should be an entertaining game. BIG game for Bernier.

Nice GDT you have here. Can't believe how freaking early this game is for you guys though, I had a hard enough time waking up for it and I'm in the Eastern time zone

Good luck today!

Does anyone have a FSWest feed? I think I'm getting the Canadian feed on NHL Network and it is coming in without sound.
