I am not a big fan of Read/Briere/Simmonds just yet but give them time I guess.

Where else is he going to play center unless Briere moves to wing. Strange that the Flyers trade away two all-star centers and still have 4 centers in Giroux, Briere, Schenn, Couturier, as well as Read and Talbot if necessary.

Bourdon and Marshall seem to be improving nicely.
Yes, I am glad that they were given the opportunity to play up in the show. Notice the added enthusiasm they bring to the bench? All of a sudden the future looks a little brighter concerning our depth on defense. (Do not forget Gus).

Also i'm probably stating the obvious here, but it's nice that Bryz was able to go 2-0 versus Phoenix and play well in both games.

Bryzgalov's 'A' game looks nice when it is wrapped in orange and black.

Now I want to see it against a team that's not Phoenix. I loved the goals in this game, but I think I loved Bryz's play a whole lot more.

Of course. Bryz standing on his head in a win against Pittsburgh would add a good number of positive responses in the "Will Bryzgalov Ever Be Worth His Contract?" thread.

Also, loling so hard at the picture of Lavi and the hot girl

Followed by a slew of negative ones if he loses the next game.

I bet Schenn will get his first against Buffalo or Pittsburgh now - not too bad either way!

i did notice bourdon and more so marshall looked comfortable out there.

it was about 70% coyotes fans 30% flyers fans...

also... first 10,000 fans got a coyotes blanket courtesy of local casino... pretty bummed i missed out on that.
I was at the game too, we ran into snow driving to phoenix, but I was right behind the net. There was about 2 coyotes fans in our whole section, only flyers fan. Blanket was indeed pretty cool.

yeah, i was directly behind coyotes goal for two periods. Luckily i got to see 5 of the 6 total goals scored. Definitely worth the 5 hour drive to Phoenix.

Go figure I miss the bulk of the game where Bryz was Bryzing it up...I was more occupied by watching Virginia Tech stumble, fall over, and pee in their own mouths on national TV. From what I saw though, it seemed like Bryz really held the team in it after the first. This is what happened, right? Confirm/Deny?

Haha, thanks. I have my fancy Gamecenter to do that if I want. I've seen enough of the game that I don't really need to rewatch it

Heck, there'll be negative comments after the next rebound goal he gives up.
