Is it possible for Dumba to drop out of the top 10. Based on everything that I have seen he seems like he would be the perfect fit to round out our future D. He hits hard, skates well and can put up some points. He is my dream choice for the Sens right now.

No, I really don't think so.

I just noticed on a mock Collberg goes to us at 15... I checked his stats and he has 0 points in like 50 something games. I thought that's pretty damn weird as I thought he was pretty good at the wj's..

He was great at the WJC and has been even more dominant and impressive at the U18 so far. The general feeling is that he couldn't do anything with Frolunda because they generally play a cycle game and he plays with a couple of offensively challenged grinders. Collberg is a finisher who isn't likely to wear you down on a cycle but rather find open ice and strike off the rush. Frolunda basically plays the worst possible system for him to play in. Its also not uncommon for 18 year olds to put up virtually no numbers in the SEL.
My concern with drafting Collberg is where will he play next year (and the next)? He needs to continue to develop that offense and I'm not sure that he's in the right spot for that. I'd be asking him to come over to play in the OHL, if contractually possible.
I can't imagine the Senators drafting a forward this go around. First look at our D prospects. Borocop...ok....Gryba...meh...Blood....meh. We need better D. Gonchar hasn't been great and neither has Kuba. Thus, if we want to go far in the Playoffs with our budding forward group we need some blue chippers on the back end to pick Karlsson and Cowen slack.
I've only watched Frk once and it was a while ago I don't remember too much all I can say is he really didn't blow me away, he had a couple good moves he was coming off injury but I think may though he would break out but didn't.
That's traditionally been market value for a third round pick in the mid teens. Moves you up 3. It did with Nashville.
Why Ceci? I've seen Murray at COUNTLESS 67's games, you'd have to think that SOMETHING interested him, other than future HHOF Sean Monahan.
I was more interested in why you were connecting Ceci to the Sens. There are many reasons why Murray would be at 67's games (Prince, visiting teams), but interesting to note. We'll see what happens.
Frk's issue was last year his skating was questioned and when he came back from injury it didn't look like it got much better. He's got lots of skill but is a god awful skater.

Well Murray doesn't go to 67's games JUST to watch Prince.
I mean, he can go when Peterborough and Plymouth are in town, but obviously Ceci is an attractive option.
As someone who is projected as early as the late single digits, Murray better be interested.
let's not forget sean monahan for next years draft is probably being scouted too. Monahan is what a top 3 draft pic looks like. Frk falls short of that TBH.
