The real question is will they succeed in facing the daunting task of following up on KB?

Kid Roll is pretty funny, and so is Bowman. Those two alone will make it worth reading.

Congratulations, Wyatt. To honour both HF and the Kurtenbloggers, I suggest making fun of Wetcoaster's name in your first post.

Should not be much of problem, the bar was set incredibly low.

Yes, I made it! Representing HF baby! Which means you can look forward to such articles as:

Jokinen vs Turkey Girl: When will the feud end?

This is Outhouse: A look back

Player is on waivers, I bet he gets claimed, a musical

Joe Sakic's BBQ playing an integral role in the Vancouver Canucks organization

Marian Gaborik: Using houses to predict FA signings

Undersea Ski Resort: Why this might finally be the year.

I'll be around trying to steal ideas, I mean formulate ideas from you suckers, I just won't post as much. I will have gifs and whatnot and post them here as usual.

The reason I don't post in the GDT thread's is I have to do that on twitter now to try and gain followers. I will miss people telling me to calm down and **** in the HF GDT's.

Where's the gif of Torres taking out Bin Laden I requested?

Too late now.

Congrats anyways. Feel free to steal formulate ideas from any of my incredibly insightful posts.

And the official name given to this quartet of bloggers??

The Legion of Blog

Seriously.

http://blogs.theprovince.com/2011/11...ckey-bloggers/

I would have gone with "Four Ice Holes".

Not trying to be rude but basically the Province hires message board posters to be bloggers? I've never read the Kurtenbloggers or any other hockey blogs so I don't know what that's all about. I guess if they can make some money by writing stuff about hockey they're doing something right. Good for them!

Oh dude, tell me about it. I hate editing my own stuff, as you can plainly tell. I always miss things. Then lose respect for myself when I see it later.

You should take a look at writing enhancement software such as White Smoke as you are now writing professionally:
http://www.whitesmoke.com/products.html

Microsoft Word has grammar and style checking built-in as an option but it is not all that great. However it can be customized:

Thanks for the heads up on White Smoke, I have never heard of that before. I am interested in checking these out, I know I have to be better at checking my grammar, regardless of what I do.

Thanks Wet!

I wouldn't worry about it too much. Stuffy know-it-alls are going to point out the errors to justify the time and money they spent on their edumacation but the average reader couldn't care less. We write to communicate so as long as you're getting your point across that's all that matters. In fact, the english language needs an overhaul anyway, you should make it part of your schtick.

Congrats on your new gig. This city is really missing someone in the media to help educate our fan base, it would be great if you could manage to do that while keeping your posts entertaining. Good luck.

One of those bloggers had around 30,000 posts on cdc. He must know what he's talking about!
