samuelsson missing all these games is making booth trade look suspect.
If Samuelsson comes back within even a month and produces around his career average, this trade is a big win. We traded Booth for the payroll flexibility (Kulikov, Versteeg and Garrison are going to be expensive and that 4.25 million we saved on Booth is going to help resign them) and Sturm has been a very nice addition.
Even if Samuelsson does nothing I still consider this trade a win, unless Booth does the unexpected and puts up career highs the next 2-3 years.
I like our chances tonight. Clemmer has been good this year,, not the greatest, but still good. It's as almost the team picks up it's play a bit when he is in the net. I see them doing the same tonight.
Normally after traveling cross country, teams are tired for their next game, even having the day off. I think that wont be the case with this team, as they want to increase the lead against the Caps. I expect them to come out sharp, and be the more aggressive of the two teams.
