Can't get the team out of your head right? I know....it's pathetic. Share the places, situations, times, etc. when you find yourself thinking about the team when you shouldn't be.

I read Zipay and Gross' twitters and HFboards while eating breakfast at the diner this morning.

I thought about the potential Ryan trade to the NYR every few minutes while taking a final in my poli-sci class last week. Luckily, the test was pretty damn easy.

I find myself chanting "Let's go Rangers" at odd times throughout the day.

My girlfriend gets completely jelly when she asks what's on my mind and I say the Rangers and not her. I've already let it be known that there will always be a second love in our relationship.

Sounds weird and awesome at the same time now that I think about it.

If anybody even mentions sports, I can go on about the Rangers forever.

I have three loves in my life: My family ,the New York Rangers and the New York Giants.

This is how it felt in 91-92 and 93-94 when Messier joined the Rangers. 92-93 was a disaster.

We need help. I blame the insane hot streak that make the waiting for the next game unbearable. Combine that with the unbearable waiting for the first episode of 24/7.

I feel like this even when we're losing.

I constantly bring up the Rangers around my friends and they just tell me to shut up cause they're lame and don't like hockey, but I still talk about them...and I have to work tomorro so i'll be thinking about the game, luckily everyone I work with knows not to bring up the score to me or i'll be pissed. DVR every game.

Believe me or not but I had a weird dream a couple of weeks ago about a parade or something, the year wasn't mentioned though...

Other than that, while googling about SF writer Isaac Asimov, I typed once Anisimov instead in the search field...

i've sat in class the last couple weeks thinking about the night's games. every time a commercial pertaining to the Rangers comes on, i stand up and say "YEAH!!" and clap (much to the dismay of my Islander loving family).

in fact, one of my first thoughts this morning was "playing the Leafs tonight...better win..."

it's also pretty hard to not think about them when you have a keychain with Mike Richter's picture on it.

Every night, what helps me fall asleep at night is picturing myself having season tickets with my best friend and us going to all the games.

*Sigh* Someday.

Going to the game tonight will have to do for now.

I usually drive into work thinking about how much better this team could be, which is crazy, considering Dubinksy isn't playing his best hockey, Staal coming back, Anisimov playing better offensively (which he is capable), and Richards really gets comfortable with his new team.

Many/most of my friends don't even know what the Rangers are. Living in Florida + most of them don't follow hockey at all and wouldn't recognize the Panthers or Lightning either. Sad.
