Yankees look good.
Their situational hitting and baserunning has been poor, but that's a byproduct of the early season.

Kuroda looks much, much better than he did in his first start.
Angels look like an overrated team. It's early but this team has it's fair share of flaws...inconsistent offense, shaky bullpen, etc. World Series favorites, my ass.

i still think the tigers are probably the scariest team in the al. their lineup is ridiculous plus they have verlander at the top of the rotation.

Agreed, Tigers look like a legit threat with Fielder and Cabrera, and if Verlander comes close to last year's performance they will be tough to beat.

Good pitching is what's going to win us games, surprisingly. Dickey was great tonight.

Great start by Kuroda. Cant believe people were ripping on him after his 1st start and calling him yet another failed signing by Cashman.

Ellsbury is *** done son. Dislocated shoulder for the Sox's mvp. Anywhere from 2-4 months.
Crawford is coming back soon, but who knows what kind of production they get out of him.
Bobby V won't be smiling for much longer.

Ike is shot, he can't hit anything right now. Missing last year must've killed him.

Niese pitching another gem today. Hopefully this is him taking the next step in becoming more than just an average MLB pitcher to becoming a top/middle of the rotation pitcher.

Why Phil why?! I am the biggest Hughes fanboy, so it makes me sad to see him fail. Even with what I know today, I still wouldn't have traded him for Johan Santana back in 2007.

Domingo Tapia is starting to look like a really legit prospect for the Mets.

Two games in a row where Pelf doesn't give up a lot of runs but then the BP collapses.
