Hali would wait till the draft to add Duffy as his value will go down with only 1 year of service. Lewis on D could be offered and prospects Sills and Lovell.
Halifax can't afford to trade Lewis right now. Lovell is an option though. Not even considering this year, going into next the Mooseheads are looking at a back-end something like this;
Chronicle Herald's Willy Palov tweeted that Screaming Eagles have traded a 7th Round pick for Mikael Langlois. Gotta assume this means a deal is in place for Ellis.

My geuss is SJ, what assets do Shawi have left to move ?
I'm going to say they go all out ala Moncton a few years ago, and go hard after Gormley and Duffy.
Also JF-Leblanc has been traded to Baie-Comeau, I think Durette was going with him, and a 1st was going the other way.
Ahahahahahahahahahaha have fun Gatineau! I say hes kicked off GAT by February 6th... Generous, I know.
bitter much?
Groulx wrote an article yesterday in the local paper in which we could read that he usually does his homework before making a trade, and even gauges his players' thoughts about the players coming in. It reassures me a bit concerning Clarke. He didn't have problems in Shawi.. i figure that if he gets back to that here, he'll help us out.
In general terms, i don,t think this trading deadline will be very active.. in fact, i now think it'll be pretty dead. You have a player like Pageau available, and practically no interest because teams now all seem to give up and let Shawi and St-John make it to the mem cup. Except for Québec, but they are also going the same route as St-John.. instead of trading for good players, they are buying them. I think Victo is giving up also.
It'll be good for the show on the ice to be represented by powerhouses like that, but it's bad for the league when only a few teams can dish out money and buy players like that. Too many current markets can not afford to compete with teams like Québec and Saint John financially.
Re QcS: Bitter? No. Moose fan here, a bit disappointed actually. Our division rivals were Acadie-Bathurst, so now we dont get a free 7 penalties when we play them.
Re: BLBAmarda. Whats wrong with him? Ahaha, hed been kicked off of (3) teams. He has a lot of potential, but he'll never get his act together. I doubt even Groulx will solve him.
What's wrong with him ?
Like how many team has he been kicked off of ?
He has played for Lewiston, Halifax, Shawinigan, Acadie-Bathurst, now Gatineau. I think he had issues with every team except Shawingan because he was there for a short of period of time
