Todd France is a pretty big agent. This is interesting.

I guess expanding his business. I believe he and Kim already own a country music talent agency. Now onto the sports business.

More than a talent agency; he owns a record label.

Interesting indeed, considering France represents some very talented NFL players.

A prelude to helping persuade players to join the Bills in the offseason?

Perhaps......

that would mean he wouldn't be looking out for his client's best interests

I was hoping more along the lines of "a prelude to acquiring an NFL franchise?"

I'm pretty sure the NFL wouldn't allow someone to be a team owner and agent. That's playing both sides of the coin.

Probably just looking for another easy revenue source to finance the Sabres.

OT: Pegula buys NFL Player Agent Company

Odd. This company represents Dareus of the Bills and Ray Rice of Baltimore and many more.

Man hes just buying and buying. Doesn't seem to care much about what happens in Rochester... amongst the mess in Buffalo. Very odd.

I'm guessing this is the most accurate read into why he's doing it. Though it wouldn't surprise me if he enjoyed being involved in it as well.

I'm confused as to what this has to do with Rochester. Is he not allowed to invest in different things anymore?

I'd also like to know what this means. Terry is a businessman who saw some opportunities to make money in the NFL so he bought the best player agency he could. What does this have to do with Rochester? And what mess in Buffalo.. the Bills? Sabres? Post needs some explanation.

Is it true that now that he owns this agency he is unable to purchase the B. Bills? I thought it meant he had interest in the Bills. Is there a rule now where he can't buy the Bills now?

I haven't seen anything official, but I doubt the NFL would allow it. I'd almost guarantee they'd consider it tampering.

The NFL will never approve someone as a part owner when they also own an agency that represents players.

This should be common sense. There's a clear conflict of interest.

Awards:
It is mildly amusing that he can use profits earned from the NFL via the contract percentages paid to the agency toward subsidizing his NHL franchise.

He won't get the Bills.
Ralph already knows what is going to happen when he passes, and it doesn't include Buffalo unfortunately.
The Bills are heading out of town, very simply put, Ralph isn't going to allow the NFL to starve in this small market. This isn't Green Bay, where the County/City co-own the team, and that will never happen again given the new rules written to prohibit it.

This town is going to be a hockey only town and sooner than many think.
19,500 seats are alot easier to fill then 80,000 seats in an area with the economy never grew but actually contracted during the 2nd largest growth period in US history.

And Ralph was more than just the Bills owner, he was one of the architects of the merger of the AFL and NFL, bringing the modern NFL into existence.

Aside from being totally off topic, the bolded is completely false. The Packers are a corporation owned by shareholders, run by a board of directors.

Yea but my job does that thing called conflict of interest. They don't seem to get in trouble . Anyways, I thought Mr. Pegula was gonna be the savior of the Bills. I guess not.
