ooooooo that was close for Semin.
Also nice to see him playing like he did 2 years ago, at least for only 10 seconds.

pretty solid imo, but the finish is lacking so badly from top to bottom, and its maybe most evident on the PP. ugh.

That was the best period the caps have played in almost a month. Ovechkin looks fine physically, it's definitely his confidence.

Don't forget: Ovechkin was never a very consistent stickhandler, at least not to me.

I'm done reading these topics. Its just constant whining, Ovechkin gets great chances making great plays and one turn over and hes a bad player even though he back checked and almost got it back.
LOL. Ok, stop reading, take your browser and go home.

Where did I say Ovechkin is a bad player? Are you the queen of hyperbole, or what?

So Bob Mac says that he would take Malkin over Ovechkin because Malkin has a conn smyth and a Cup ring. Really bob?

I'll take Kirk Maltby over Sidney Crosby 4 rings is better than 1. Can I bees a TSN analyst now?

backstrom was horrible on that PP, everybody knows that wideman is going to be the one shooting it, which is barely a threat

Backstrom shouldn't be on the point.

I'd think Ovi of all people would be loath to put himself in a position to spear a guy.

Got away with one there, I wouldn't be too mad as a Sens fan though, it's not like we're gonna score.

I guess giving the Caps a PP is worse than penalizing them these days.
