Ducks officially have called up Palmieri and McMillan. Bonino back to Syracuse.

McMillan to center? Surprised Bonino only got one game.

I'm not surprise...Nick is too slow and can't show anything interesting in offence on NHL level... I'm very exciting to see what Palmieri can bring to this team, I'm curious if Saku will be ready for Predators...

Bonino was sent back down. I think Koivu is going to be ok.
Maybe:
Hagman - Getzlaf - Perry
Ryan - Koivu - Selanne
McMillan - Cogs - Palmieri
Beleskey - Macenauer - Parros
or
Beleskey - Getzlaf - Perry
Ryan - Koivu - Selanne
Hagman - Cogs - Palmieri
McMillan - Macenauer - Parros

I like Hagman on the top line, but I would rather see Beleskey there so that the Palmieri line can have a veteran on it.

My thoughts exactly, especially someone to help out defensively, too

Yeah he's pretty responsible with the puck, and doesn't seem to panic which I think will help that line out.

Palmieri, leading AHL in goals, skated with Perry and Getzlaf in practice at Nashville

Bobby Ryan skates at C during Ducks practice, between Selanne and Cogliano. Koivu out for a while. Palmieri and McMillan up from SYR

I'm excited to see Palmieri.
Still upset at Mara for ruining his name for me, though. Brings back bad memories.

I guess we will get to see if Palmieri can play left wing.

Please god. I hope he does well. It would be huge for next year.
PPG
any number of combinations of UFA/rookies/ryan/Cogs

I'm excited to see PPG... If it actually happens. With RC there is no chance it would've happened, but BB looks like he will use it!

No risk putting Ryan at centre with how far behind the pack the team is. I always thought he's looked good offensively there, but faceoffs and D zone coverage are an issue.
Interested to see how this lineup works.

Exactly what is the risk at this point? Bobby and Teemu have had some real chemistry recently too, so good to keep them together with Cogs. Bottom 6 is a mess though, who knows what thatll look like.

Lubomir Visnovsky, out with a broken finger since Nov. 11, is on the verge of returning. Boudreau said the defenseman could return “within a week to 10 days.” That means Visnovsky could be practicing with the Ducks by the middle of next week.

I'm exited about Palmieri being called up. Maybe Koivu is ok considering we sent down a centre and called up two wingers?

Mac may be used at center, and the fact that Bobby is doing the whole center charade again isn't promising for a Koivu return tomorrow.

It’s borne of necessity because Saku Koivu is out with an upper body injury for at least Saturday’s game against the Predators.

Bobby at center? So maybe we don't have trade him for Filppula
So the lines are?
Palmieri-Getzlaf-Perry
Cogs-Ryan-Selänne
Hagman-McMillan-Gordon/Beleskey
JFJ-Macenauer-Parros
Beleskey/Gordon

Very happy to see KP getting a shot at the top line. He needs to be getting big minutes and a lot of PP time and he should be just fine. If he gets put on the 3rd and 4th line is when he will struggle.

Jason Blake (cut wrist tendon) is on the ice in skating session with strength coach ahead of Ducks practice. Took some light shots earlier.
