"Hey Stapleton! Love the new digs!"

NOTE : Regarding LARGE SIZE IMAGES / YELLOW RE-SIZE IMAGE BARS ABOVE PICS, let me offer up one nice little suggestion ...
This will get rid of those pesky yellow resize bars over the top of some larger pictures ... as they annoy the hell out of me and maybe they do you also ?
- Go into/click on your "USER CP" {control Panel} up top left in the red bars
- on the left under 'Settings & Options' click on "Edit Options"
- scroll down to 'Thread Display Options', and then 'Please Select the Resize Mode'
- click on the 'Drop Down List Box' over on the Right of 'Please Select the Resize Mode'
- select it to "KEEP ORIGINAL SIZE"
- SAVE your selections !
There ... now don't that look MUCH BETTER

Nice job as usual, Holden.

Questions:

Will Stacy Nattrass be able to perform the anthems, or Wheeler unborn child want to come out before puck drop? Better Slater a bed in the Women's Hospital just in case. I just want to know if it will be a Ladd or a Lassie? (really wish we had Kukkonen for the double whammy there)

Can #80 put enough weight Antropov his bum leg to skate?

We Hainsey'n #6 on the ice nearly enough this year, is he good to go?

Are we going to be happy with the goaltending in this game or will we feel like Mason the coach for his choice?

All and all it should be an exciting a Fehr at MTS Centre.

I Kulda posted some videos but hate waiting for them to finish Byfuglien before I get to view them.

I just wanted to wish all the Jets and staff a Merry Christmas, and for coach Claude, Joyeaux Noel! Candy Kanes for all!

You guys are probably getting a Little annoyed, so I'll stop now.

GO JETS GO!

Puns...leaving me almost speechless.

Planes vs. Canes!

Canes are hungry to turn things around. I watched that last game vs. the Oilers and they dominated them.

Jets need to keep on winning. Our rivals aren't making it easy, all putting up points in the last few days to pass us and bump us to #12. Damn 3-pt OT rules! The race in the East is incredibly tight.

I'm worried about this game after winning the emotional one on Wed.

Wow... I was gonna Postma thoughts, but I will feel like a Marked man trying to hide behind Glass without a Fehr chance to tell you guys in the Game Sunrise-to-sunset Thread if I thought that any of the Ladds made a good play on the ice. The replies will just be Flooding with people telling me I Kulda tried a Little harder.

Well... knock on Wood. Hope we beat the Kanes so I can tell Mason about this game in the future!

I did the best I could with McBain. Not very many places to put the Canes logo, haha.

This is more of a "must win" game than Boston was. I'd really like to see the Jets come out and blow the Canes away with a dominant performance...

I am worried that that may not happen though.

GO JETS!

Hurricanes are hungry, and I think they're better than their record shows. They had an impressive performance against the Oilers - Jets MUST put in the same kind of effort that they put in against Boston to win.

Go Go!

PS: come back Puckshmuck! We were only teasing!

Wow, we're finally getting some respect on the vBookie odds (and the crappy payouts that go with it .

0.65 payout Jets, 1.25 payout Canes.

Go Go!

This is a big test of this team. We have proven that we can come out and compete with the best teams in the league, so I hope we bring forth the same mindset and effort to this one. If we do, we will give ourselves a very good chance at a win and 2 points.

All I want to see is our Jets come out and dictate the play, be the better team and bring the same effort, passion and commitment they did vs. Boston.

It sure would be great to see Antropov back in the lineup tonight. (Man, no way would I have guessed I would have posted that sentence in the pre season).

If Nik can play, do you put him back with Ladd and Wellwood and move Burmi down? Not that Burmi has played bad lately, just because Nik had some chemistry with those two.

It sure would be nice to drop Jaffray. Jaffray/Stapelton/Klingberg is not really NHL caliber. Well, Stapes has actually played pretty decent, so I shouldn't say that, and Klingberg has "potential", but that line right now sure doesn't look like more than a 4-5 minute time waster for the rest of the guys to catch a rest.
