Orlando is awful and has one player and he don't even wanna play. They should just trade him now.
On the Sixers they're probably the 3rd best team in the East (BOS and NY have more talent but one is on walkers and the other don't play defense/has poor chemistry). They should win the Atlantic, but I don't see them having a chance vs. the Heat or Bulls in the playoffs.
If they do win the Division they better hope they get a jobber team in round one and not the Knicks. As poorly coached as they are I think the star power might be too much for Philly.
Right now Orlando is the 6th seed but I see them trading Howard and falling to 8th or out of the playoffs all together.
"Before the game, Howard walked around the locker room with a brick in each hand, playfully swinging them around and yelling, “I’m going to knock somebody in the head!”"
They need to make the Howard deal now. He's gone anyways so just trade him and move on.
Last game he called out some players on the team who didn't come to play and said maybe they should just remain in the locker room. Tonight when they were down by 16 in the third quarter, Howard was laughing on the bench because they showed him and Redick on the kiss cam.
Here's the problem: All-Star Game is in Orlando.
They don't want Dwight Howard coming back as an All-Star with a different team.
The Howard debacle that's going on in Orlando is very sad. A player throwing his teammates under the bus for not playing well, yet he's been piss poor the last few games. He's been a huge distraction for their team.
I understanding wanting to be traded but there's no reason to take it out on your teammates. Is there an equivalent situation in the NHL? Heatley and Pronger asked to be traded, but as I recall, neither said anything controversial about their teammates. Roy was vocal but it was due to being humiliated by fans in the loss to the Wings.
^Not sure I'd be able to go up to him after that and give him an OK like his teammates do. I'd be too confused & stunned.

Seriously, I know it seems like they want to wait around for the All Star Game in Orlando, but that situation is just so toxic. Keeping him around doesn't seem like it is helping anyone.
you'd think the spurs would've learned from the mavs game it is not good to go down by so many points, but they did again. except this time they won. duncan looked like duncan of old which was nice to see.
Kings beat the Blazers. Great effort on the defensive end in the 2nd half. Salmons took Gerald Wallace out of the game from the get go and Aldridge was a non-factor in the 2nd half.
