W00t! My own TaN!

I'm supposed to have a macroeconomics final at 1PM on Scott Niedermayer day but I'm about to find out if I'm exempt from it. If not this could get interesting...

If he has a brother there, this is easily 406802850 times funnier.

my work email has been down since 10:51am.

hopefully no one is trying to get in touch with me...although it's probably a system wide problem.

have you changed beds recently? I am starting to think part of it may be the memory foam bed topper I got a few years ago. I love the feel of it but I used to sleep on my stomach before that. Now I'm a side sleeper because you sink in so much on the foam.

Maybe I should switch back to a regular bed and see if it gets better. The memory foam rules though having dogs - you can't feel them walk around or move at all. I know there are firmer foams that don't transfer movement too so maybe a latex foam mattress would help.

I will admit on weekends I take a non-addictive sleep aid so I will sleep through the little noises/movements that usually wake me up. It helps but I still feel sleepy even after 8 hours.

i didn't change beds, but i did move and due to space constraints my box spring and mattress are on the floor now, instead of in my bed frame. I also recently purchased new pillows this weekend in a effort to see if they would help me sleep better. I used them saturday night, but i know i fell asleep last night with my old favorite instead of the new one. i'm usually a side sleeper, at least that's the way i fall asleep most times and the new pillows are extra firm for side sleeping. the old ones are beat into a super soft extra super not firm pulp.

box spring and mattress on floor should be same as in the frame - sounds like it's just a getting older issue - ain't it great!

I know using a memory foam pillow (the kind that's concave in the middle) with the high side under my kneck helps keep my chin up and not snore which is a related issue to the apnea.

Maybe one of those would help and they're not that expensive. $20 at any department store for the cheapies.

Same problem here, those pills scare me though. Especially with a little drinky drinky. You just need to consume more of that fine booze you have.
