Is Poutine pronounced poo-teen, poo-ten, or poo-tin? I'm asking about the food, not the fake cell phone account used to robocall voters.

I say poo-teen. Maybe the other one is with a French accent. I have no idea though.

People I've been around pronounce it the first way. I had Poutine once, can't say it's one of the Canadian traits I've retained. We Americans could learn some dirty political tricks from you Canadians, our robocalls don't stop people from voting or anything like that...

I say Poo-teen.

If you're not french don't even try using an accent, you'll just sound like a jackass.

Crazy. I made BLT's tonight as well, probably the first time I've had them in...forever? I didn't go with the fancy-schmancy french bread, mind you. Just basic whole wheat.

I say poo-teen but I was watching a Diners, Drive-in's and Dives episode and everyone was pronouncing it poo-ten or tin.

Isn't that an American show? I wouldn't trust Americans pronouncing the names of Canadian foods.

What is up with TSN? Jets are playing, Canucks are playing, Flames are playing...

what does TSN in Victoria play...

Basketball. I thought TSN was canadian...shouldn't it play what Canadians are interested in.

Canadiens played too. And lost. I didn't watch the game but now I think they're just doing it on purpose.

HNIC's Leafs/Habs game should be fun.

Edit: I've been informed the habs won. Making 50% of my post ridiculous.

That's just brutal. So heartbreaking

I posted this in the "Game Worn Jerseys/Equipment" thread, but never got a response. Can anyone help me out?

"Currently looking to send off my Jets jersey to get Enstrom's name and number sewn on the back. I'd love to get the inaugural season patch sewn on too. Can you request that through a place like Pro Hockey Life/Jersey City, or do I have to order the patch first?"

If you have a decent internet connection and computer I'd suggest Gamecenter. Near-HD quality and you can choose which team's feed you want to watch. Sometimes I just pick a random game to watch. Canucks games and national games would be blacked out but still worth it I would think. I've had it the past 3 years and love it.

whats the $$$ involved in that?

If you can choose either feed, that is way better then centre ice.

My friend swears by Gamecenter. Just loves it. I want to try it, but then I remember 150$ is like 3 less Jets games I can go to during the year. I stick to crappy ass streams .

EDIT: And that's it folks. Continue here.
