You're right no win is given especially not with the Devils.

Also I'm no Hedberg hate at all. In fact if it weren't for Hedberg, and even Marty too we wouldn't have won this many games cause our D sucks. Is it safe to say our D sucks? All I mean is Hedberg usually played for teams that weren't very successful. I was kinda just saying the best I've seen Roloson was last season in the playoffs. I've seen good games with him before that, but I never claimed to have FOLLOWED the teams he was on.

Hedberg I kinda forgot about after 01. I do remember him playing against us quite a bit when we played the Thrashers. Aside from Brodeur who is the GREATEST of all time I believe Hedberg is the greatest Senior/Backup for most of his career Goaltender there is in the NHL right now.

I do remember beating Hedberg a few times in shootout when he was with Atlanta. All I'm saying is with his mediocre record you wouldn't know he was GREAT until you actually watch him.

Wow, our D is scary tonight. With so much youth on the blue-line it's going to be an interesting night.

It's gonna be a busy night for Hedberg. Hopefully it will be an even busier night for Roloson.

No one including me is jocking him with the ''Conn Smythe candidate'' crap like last year. The dude was less than mediocre until last season when he came to the Bolts. I guess the same could be said about Hedberg. He had a mediocre record before he came here aside from that first season with Pittsburgh where he took them to a deep playoff run where we eliminated them in the Conference Finals in 01. At least Hedberg has more wins than losses I'm pretty sure.
Roloson is 42 years old, it's entirely possible he's finished. That doesn't make him a bad goalie, just old. He was legitimately good last year.

Tampa almost made it to the finals last year, and this year they arent doing squat....I wonder if their coach is in danger of being canned

It's been a quarter of a mediocre season, after being heralded as a great and innovative coach the season before. I don't think Boucher's job is in danger right now.

He was very good last year. I have to see when he was with the Isles he was better than Dipietro for a while there. I think Montoya is better than Dipietro now too. I'll get a lot of crap for that one I'm sure. He was good all last playoffs minus a game where he gave up a bunch of goals in the 1st period. He got killed that day. It was probably a one off bad game for last season like Marty in Minnesota. I don't remember who's fault it was that so much rubber made it to Roloson that day. The Bolts came back to win that game too.

Boucher may be in danger of being fired. For the fact that this was a great team last year, and now they're doing very poorly. I been saying Joe Sacco was gonna be fired for a while now, and he hasn't though.

I think when a team wins...the coach gets a little too much credit, and when a team loses...the coach gets a little too much blame.

Agreed. I don't like judging coaches from single games. Sometimes it's appropriate when you examine a decision though.

I believe you are thinking of the Bolts' radio announcer, Dave Mishkin. But this guy doesn't know how to pronounce Brodeur correctly.

I'm pretty sure we've been 2 points out of the playoffs with a game in hand every day for the last two weeks, regardless of whether we win or lose.

If we win tonight, everybody in front of us will win tomorrow. If we lose tonight, everybody in front of us will lose tomorrow.

Just how it works.

Yeah I know. Doesn't matter. We're going to be 2 points back no matter what happens. It's been that way all year.

Hedberg is playing? The O might actually give some support to the winning cause, because when Marty is playing they sure as **** don't care.
