A little surprising. He played well last games I watched him. But obviously Gusev Prokhorkin Kucherov line is taking over- good for them.

funny to say, but once a very highly regarded NHL prospect playing in MHL at age of 21. Ouch...

I dont understand it, because Red Army is in Belarus two days. They will play 1st of february in Bobruysk, then in Slovakia and Riga. Will Filatov, Gusev, Kucherov, Ozhiganov, Prokhorkin, Kulyomin join juniors? Or they are only formally in MHL but wont play? CSKA plays tonight against Spartak, we will see how roster will look like.

yeah seems weird, i think i watched him vs AK Bars and was not bad (despite Yashin!), got 2 points in the next game, but only 10 minutes the following one, then his line (..Yashin) was not there anymore vs Riga.

they are all on a two-way contract, they are not going anywhere, it's just every time they can they officially put them on MHL roster, to pay them less, that is it.

Yes, the information was a lie. Acc. to the coach they didn't even Think to send him there. Some information also said they sent all the Gusev and co. as well, that was also a lie. Gusev and Kucherov played amazing again.

technically they went sent to MHL. I would say that reason is like CSKA78 wrote above.

Ya they consistently made things happen. I feel like they are missing a third link to that line. CSKA should get rid of guys like Yashin, Badyukov, Surovy. I see no need for these kind of players when they can get better results from younger, cheaper guys. CSKA definitely has the best core of young players in the league. The top trio of Parshin, Shirokov, Zubov is so fun to watch. Slickest line in the league.

Parshin Shirokov Zubov
Gusev Kucherov _______
Kulemin Barbashev _____

Fill in Kugryshev, Filatov, Prohorkin and they have solid 3 lines. I feel like they are being mismanaged because they seem to have an overflow of unnecessary forwards.
I think the Filatov situation has attracted too much attention, he still shows good skills. Give him some time and the production should come.
