This team doesn't do shutouts. We have something like 1 shutout in 130 games since the Montreal series, I think.

bryz sooooo deserved that shutout. why do we always give up a goal(or two) in the twilight moments of a blow out? still loving the win.

Caps have only 1 player under 6 feet tall? That's crazy. Are they banking on a playoff matchup with the big bad bruins or what?

Pens losing 3-1

Carlson doesn't seem to like Rinaldo too much. Did they face each other in juniors?

This team is so much faster than last season with Read, Z, Rinaldo in and guys like Carcillo, Betts and (hopefully most of the time) Shelley. Much faster than the Caps that's a certainty.

Voracek is a very strong dude. I don't remember reading that about him when the Flyers took JVR. That was a good draft year. The only one who seems like a bit of a dud has been Turris and the scouts said he was a bit of a gamble to begin with.

What a great team effort. Still obvious that Shelley absolutely sucks. And why dress him against the caps? They don't dress a heavyweight.

That was one of their more complete games of the season so far, and probably Shelley's best this season.
