We are finally going to see how this team performs without defensive forward Burmistov. He has been very good when on the PK. He also backchecks and helps out his D.

He will be missed tonight.

As long as the play hard, and come out with a point or two, I'll be content after last game.

Go Jets Go!

count me in as not a fan of Jones. No one in my family actually. lol.

I also like Burmi over antropov. If Burmi gets sent down to the 4th line and antro plays top 2 lines, its embarrassing.

I like Kudla..

based on the injuries tonight here is what I would like to see (yes it will never happen) ALERT: this will not fly it is me having fun!!

Kane Little Wheeler

Ladd Wellwood Buff (emergency only and he plays point on the PP)

GST

Klingburg Stapleton Jaffray

Bogo Stuart

Hainsey Oduya

Flood Jones

this way if Buff is less than 100% he does the least damage and if he is rolling he creates some energy offensively on our 2nd line. NOTE: I am not saying we need to move Buff to forward full time that ship has sailed and he either makes it or breaks it at D long term....this move is for tonight’s game only due to our shortage at forward and Buff's health

That has minus 2 or 3 all over it.

80 games this season, I'm cheering for the Jets. This ain't one of them. Good luck, anyway, and here's hoping you guys can pick up a loser point tonight.

This is a very good sign. After years and years of dealing with fans of a certain non-fire-themed Alberta team that won't be named, I'm very much looking forward to having some rival fans in the division who are a bit quicker on the uptake.

we get to line match, they will be getting less than 8 minutes, and they will be out there with Bogo and Stuart. So the line will be getting shielded minutes for the most part.

And yes we will add some prayers into the mix really what are the other options

Yeah, I think he'll only get 6. Probably only see 4-5 minutes of ice time, work himself back into the game.

Sounds like you guys are pretty riddled with injuries as well. Anyways been looking forward to this game more than any other except for San Jose's 1st appearance in Minnesota this year. Hoping for a good one. I know it'll be noisy as all get out in there.

Can anyone tell me why Jaffrey is still on the Jets???

I understand we have a few injuries at forward, but come on now -- this guy has been useless and needs to be sent back to the Ice Caps.

I consider boring hockey to be clutch and grab stuff, and the Wild were anything but a clutch and grab team prior to the lockout.

Looking forward to this game! I'll always have a bit of a soft spot for Minny as my second favourite team (uh-oh, not sure I want to open that can of worms up). Should be a great rivalry in the making next year.

Up and at them!
You sir, are my favorite non Wild fan poster ever on this forum.

You want to see exciting watch the Jets play another non trapping team. Your team is 22nd in offense.
Might want to brush up on some of the other teams in the league then. The Wild play virtually the exact same system the Penguins do. Methinks you can't or refuse to be objective, but hey whatever honks your hooter.
