first time this yr i don't like what they are doing with the lines. I've seen enough of greening-spezza-michalek

i'd rather see this,
Regin-Spezza-Michalek
Greening-Foligno-Alfredsson
Daugavins-Smith-Condra
Butler-Winchester-Neil

Regin-Spezza-Michalek
Greening-Foligno-Alfredsson
Daugavins-Smith-Condra
Hoffman-Winchester-Neil

would be my choice. Got to start looking at what we have some time.

If Buffalo were a scientific entity at this moment, they'd be an Adam without a nucleus. Full disclosure, I don't like the Sabres much. It's h-Ellis-h to come up with fun plays on words with names like Szczechura. But there's no sense in dest-Roy-ing a good thing, so I guess I'll keep at it.

I guess the big thing you can say about Buffalo's offense is that they're suffering from gal-Vanek isolation. There's no current between each component -- they're all like one-man wolf packs. Except for their one center who always pretends he's a cow-Boyes. I think the big key to this one is to avoid a see-saw type of game. This isn't t-Ennis. We can't keep swapping serves. We need to give 'em Hecht in all three zones and Kassian on our opportunities. A loss would be unexp-Leino-ble, especially against a squad with so many injuries.

They're lucky they've got a strong back end. To keep with the biology analogies, their big guy is definitely the Myer-lin that keeps the defense protected. But with the questionable numbers they've been putting up this season, maybe it's time for a Regehr-shift. Or maybe they just need a dust-up -- looks like they're covered in cob-Weber-s.

But really, as long as we can avoid Staff- infection and not look like we're skating in a roller d-erbe, we should roll with this one and win by more than just a few Miller-metres.

In the words of the Daugfather, let's get Tropp-ical!

Drury should wear his helmet tighter next time...that was great to watch. Anyone want to guess what Shanny would do with that?

Peters 5 games
Mair 3 games
Neil...no suspension
