The Kings remain consistent with yet another first period without a goal.

****, I forgot this game was on the East coast, that sucks, how was the first period of the John Stevens era? Think it'll be better or worse than the John Torchetti era?

One thing I noticed was the Kings went to the front of the net. Although, the coach changed but the system didn't. I expect the same thing from Sutter if he is named the next coach.

Sloppy, lazy, bad passes, penalties, missing wide open nets. So, the usual.

Worse. Sloppy. Penner flubbed an open net.

It will be like a WWE event... Middle of the 2nd, we're down 3-0... The arena lights go out, and Sutter's music hits, he comes out but the Kings still lose 3-2...

The ghost of Terry Murray haunts the Kings' offense. That's the only way to explain how the Kings kept flubbing those shots from prime scoring areas.

It was actually a pretty good period. I liked our chances. Gotta give credit to Rask though.

Nothing is going to change because some of these players need to be sent out, sloppy play is going to stay sloppy. Its become a logic wall hitting every fan in the face during every game.

I am kind of getting tired of the old Oilers contingent.

AKA: Stoll, Greene, Penner (granted he has played much better lately)

A little less than we'd get for Bernier by himself...

I'd want to hold on to JB for now. Toss Stoll in there and Hunter can tag along for free.
