Nice play by Palmieri at the end.

Btw, where the hell was Parros after the hit on Fowler. That's bs that Beleskey had to fight Mayers.

Hawks cashed in on mistakes. Otherwise good effort, stopped playing at the moments here and there, but still way better effort than on most nights this season.

I mentioned earlier that the most worrying to me is how coaching change would affect Fowler's development. He's not as good as earlier, but he just turned 20 and carried a lot of weight for too long this season, when that really should not be a task for such a young player.

I was thinking the same thing, although Beleskey jumped in pretty quickly. If Parros is unwilling to fight right now, for whatever reason, scratch him.

Parros may be being privately told not to fight yet because of his eye. I understand the leap of logic of that theory when they are still throwing him out there, but I wouldn't be surprised.

Parros needs to stay in the pressbox. No point in playing him if he isn't the least bit physical

Thought we played quite well for a fair bit there, Hiller gave up a softie, maybe the Hossa one as well, but his defence left him out to try on that one.

I though we started out pretty well until that softie by Hiller. He starts to annoy me.

Once again our best players outplayed by their best players, and our goalie out-dueled.

What's new?

That wasn't the case at all...

The team played quite well, but couldn't capitalize on our chances and the Hawks did. IMO 3 goals could've been preventable, whether it be by Hiller, Lubo, the 4 ****ing guys who Sharp skated through the team just seems to be close to being a good team, but not close. Good teams find a way to win, and bad times find a way to lose. At this point, we are clearly the bad team.

Seems like the only way they can win is to dominate. Can't win ugly nor equal games anymore.

Ducks
SOG 25
Attempts blocked 17
Missed shots 17

Blackhawks
SOG 24
Attempts blocked 12
Missed shots 8
