Random thoughts...

Gill sits when Diaz is ready to play again. He is great on the PK, but we need puck movers
Cammelerri needs less ice time...he may be the softest player in the NHL, he loses so many puck battles. It kills any offensive momentum all the time. He's obviously in a funk right now...but wow, it seems like he has been this brutal all season.
More ice time for Eller. He is our only big center and he one of our few fowards who can win a puck battle along the boards
Still like Blunden as a 4th liner, big, has speed, can hit.
Louis Leblanc is good...but you can tell he needs to get bigger to be a more effective NHL'er. He bounces off guys like he's a paperweight.
Darche has been better this last bit. Always works hard.

Good, systems and a good goalie have been carrying this team for too long. Management needs to find out that you can't just keep icing crappy teams built on no philosophy and expect to make the playoffs.
