Under Ruff guys like RNH would be sitting in the press box in favor of Matt Ellis. What a disgrace.

McNabb and Gragnani have been equally bad, I'd rather have McNabb in because he's physical, but whatever.

Yeah, just like all those times he sat Tyler Ennis for a grinder last year, right?

Playing him with Grier/Neids might have been about the same .

I don't think McNabb has been bad. I don't think he's been as good as some people seem to think, but definitely not bad.

At the same time, I think he's the type of guy who really could benefit from some time in the AHL.

Just dropping by to wish for NO INJURIES and an evenly called match.

I don't know HOW you guys aren't optimistic for this game. We are missing Crosby, Staal, Michaelek, Martin and Letang. That is 3 of our top 4 D, our captain, and our best defensive forward/3rd best offensive player. And on top of our injuries, a lot of our healthy vets, who should be providing a spark, are playing like **** right now. AKA Orpik.

I only see us winning if Malkin goes insane on your defense, and while he HAS been playing better then I've seen since '09, I don't see that being enough to make up for the rest of the team's deplorable state. That said,
Buffalo wins, 5-2.

We just lost 6-4 to the sloppy Sens, and unlike OTT you guys actually know how to play D last time I checked. I'm not optimistic. Then again, an uplifting Pens victory would be oh so nice right now.

Admittedly, it's been a while. Just checked up on your recent games, and I suppose I understand where your coming from. Still doesn't make me feel better though.

History is on my side, Ruff benched Vanek for Adam Mair in the playoffs. He has a history of not trusting young players.

If I was you guys I wouldn't be worried. Pascal Dupuis is now our number 2 center & Paul Martin who has been logging around 30 minutes a game since Letang has been out is now out. We have something like 28 million in cap space missing from the lineup.

Lindy's going to go old Lindy and start Miller in this game isn't he? I wonder if after that Rangers game if he's lost all faith in Enroth.

Can't stand Gragnani on this team, he is the most redundant and terrible player on this team, he makes me sick.

We never beat the Pens and never go on a tear so I see a 4-2 loss.

Robey is NUTS!

I love his commentaries and stories. He's a colorful guy. BUT, he asked last night if you would rather face a Penguins team that just won a game or a Penguins team that just lost a game. Then he answered his own question, saying "I would want a Penguins team that just lost!"

Huh? If there's ANY team in the league I wouldn't want to face after they just lost a game, it's the Penz. Two loses in a row is quite the poison pill for that crew.

Penz 4, Sabs 2.

And as far as Grags:
I felt really bad for the guy after hearing an itnerview where he was talking about how down everybody is on him. He said he knows he's having some problems, but his numbers aren't as bad as people are making them out to be. I don't know, I just have sympathy for a guy who others love to pile on.

FOOTNOTE: Can't wait for this weel's 24/7. Can't imagine what Bryz is gonna pontificate about after letting 5 in against the Bruins this afternoon.

Sounds exactly like buffalos situation. Were healing up a bit now, but were still pretty banged up.

Both teams are demolished by injuries right now.

Still will be a tough game. We suck against Pittsburgh. Very worried about the game.

AND we've already beaten them once this season -- we've used up our quota for the next few years!!!
