Sutter should go James Brown on this team and dock them $1,000 for every mistake they make in the game. James Brown would dock his band $1,000 they made a mistake during a show. He'd do it right on the spot he hold up 1 finger and that meant you just lost a grand.
I disagree that this organization doesn't listen to anyone or anything, nor is my intent to make anyone feel bad. They do listen - especially if it affects their bottom line.
Honestly, you can only blindly believe for so long before you have to honestly judge the results. The joy you felt for the progress that you thought your team was making seems hollow now, doesn't it? Having faith without expecting results seems pointless to me. You might as well be watching Ice Capades - enjoy the show and turn the page.
My sole intent is to NOT LET THIS FUTILITY HAPPEN AGAIN. I don't know if that is possible, but sitting around patting each other on the back about how bright the future is sure hasn't accomplished much. It's time to change
what a crock of garbage. You are negative because you are too damn scared to believe in your team. And when they lose, you gloat as if it were your accomplishment. It is all about keeping your ego intact. Just look at how self-righteous you are, you actually believe you are some savior to the franchise.
This team IS garbage right now, nobody is denying it. But at least the most of us still have the guts to stand by our team. I for one believe this team is 5 times better than what they are doing right now. I think they got complacent somehow. I don't know if Sutter is the right coach for the team or if it's enough to change the team, but if I were Lombardi, I'd start shipping people off to send a message of "Whatever it takes".
