I don't think it's a big deal, he either twisted an ankle, or from what it looked like to me smacked his knee/shin/ankle on the boards and maybe just has some swelling.
Probably a few weeks, tops.
Yeah, I would say it shouldn't be more than a few weeks if even that. Lets hope that its nothing serious.
Hopefully its just as serious as this . From what I remember I don't think Logan missed even a game, and that looked twice as bad as Marty's lol. Hopefully its a similar situation.
They only scored two goals, and the Eberle goal (which was Braun and White's fault), Havlat wasn't on the ice.
Lol I got tricked by the "two of Edmonton's goals" language ...
But yeah, I actually looked back at his shifts last night because of a main board thread and he actually had a great game other than the SHG miscue. Or was the other goal his fault because he wasn't on the ice being awesome to stop it from happening?
I don't even blame Havlat for that, it was Demers fault. You don't make a back pass like that in that situation. It was totally stupid, proven by the fact that Havlat was caught totally off guard.

That's a bit of a reach when that is a set play for the team. Either Havlat didn't know that was the call for the play or he did and just messed it up. Either way, it's not the end of the world for that mistake. It happens.

They normally do it much closer to the offensive blue line, Demers threw it out near the defensive blue line and Havlat looked totally unprepared for it.
Either way, as you said, it happens. He bobbled the puck, it wasn't a bad decision or something, he just had a bad bounce.

They've generally done it at the red line but it depends on the pressure being thrown at them. That's actually the first time I've seen them screw that play up like that.
Havlat didnt seem to expect the drop pass that far back in the neutral zone because usually it isn't. And usually the drop passes are for Patty(but i'm sure Marty has practiced it).
Anyways, I don't think anyone turned the puck over as much as JT did, just so happens that Nemo couldnt bail him out in that situation
Kind of funny how two freakish plays injured two of the most talented Czechs in the league haha. Hemsky takes a puck in the head on a clearing attempt while sitting on the bench and Havlat is shot in the knee by the sniper on the catwalk. Crazy place that HP pavilion.
