Rangers dont get the last change. Deboer will avoid the Girardi-Macdonagh pairing every chance he gets.
It's funny -- I used to love watching games on TV at the Brendan Byrne. It had a unique feel to it watching top down from Center Ice. I liked their monotone PA guy and they played good music most of the time.
The Rock sucks. It's too cookie cutter on TV, and their PA announcer is straight of of the Arena Football League.
Oh well, just get this game over with. I dont see a whole lot of excitement on the ice tonight. Another overhyped game.
do you think its better to take the LIRR to NJT, or just drive in. And driving, which way would you recommend? Varezzano or Throgs?
If you're looking to save money, you could always take the PATH to Newark from the city. From 33rd street I'd say it's about 20-25 minutes to Newark and that's including the transfer you'd have to make. I believe PATH costs 1.75 if you have a Metrocard.
Can't really help you out on which is better though since I'm not too familiar with Long Island.
Thanks to Brodeur being in net, the Rangers have a chance. They desperately need to trade Forwards for a defenseman, not just shuffle players in and out of the minors.

It's two bucks now... Still a much better deal then paying 5 to go from Penn Station to Penn Station.

Depends. If you're in a group I'd say drive because you can split all the tolls and parking. And Throgs/GWB. My girlfriend is from out east as well. It doesn't take her that long.
Went with a friend to the rock a year or so ago in the top section with my hank jersey on. People were very respectful and I had no problems. Maybe on the other side of the ice it was a different story but the people were fine...the actual way the arena is run sucked a**. Bought parking and none of the people were able to point me in the direction of where the actual lot was and they all gave me an attitude as if I was suppossed to know exactly how to park at the brand new arena that THEY work at. Pissed me off I'm likely never going to go back b/c of it.
