can other yanks come too? we still on for claiming mental superiority over the township of smyrna while devouring chicken wings?
Where is superior top Smyrna? As a resident of said town, I feel compelled to at least attempt rebuttal!
But back OT, I would think any sane GM would want to have a clean bill of health on a guy who has not been under your medical supervision for that long. Between that and the official agreement from NHL/NHLPA on not needing waivers, this looks more possible the more I hear. #radwatch
Hmmmmm. So, wonder if the Preds have a "New" team member when they return home to take on the Oilers?
I thought this too but it wouldn't surprise me if he skipped the Oilers game at least. The team will be out west with very little practice time once they return and I assume Rads wouldn't theoretically join the team on their trip, even just to meet with them. I assume he would go straight to Nashville and wait for the team while using those days to re-adjust to life here. More than that, he may have one practice at the most with the team before Tuesday's game, and on top of having to find chemistry with the "new" team, he will have to adjust to the size of the rink in North America again. If he comes back it may take a few days before he or the team are comfortable putting him in a game.
Well, I'm on that 2/20 plan, half season tickets for this year and next and upgraded to full for next year in hopes of seeing him and the AK/SK for an entire season. I work out of state (TX) so it makes it impossible to go to all of the games.
Ok but I'm poor, so you'll have to settle for a Coke and a cardboard box poorly painted to look like a computer monitor

that would totally suck... have him come over, only to burn his ELC on IR....
His agent said that his knee could be a factor in his decision. I would imagine he is wanting to get a doctor's opinion to see if he can play on it without doing more damage, or if he needs to rest. He obviously has the ability to play through it, but avoiding further injury is still a concern, especially for a guy who could be returning to finish the cheap year on his contract and will probably be looking to earn a nice chunk of money on his next one.
I think the MRI itself is a good sign for those who want him to return to Nashville. The results are what will determine what he does, though.
Offer to put Rads with Gaustad if you want him to stay in Russia!
You can't/can't/CAN"T waste his talent there- Gaustad is a beefed up Smithson.
I think Horny has to fall out of the top 6. Either Rads goes there or (my preference) unite the brothers with Leggy and slide Rads in with Erat/Fisher. Either Erat or SK need to feed Rads IMO. I could see Trotz using either Spaling or Smith to center a "third" line that has Rads....
