Which will have the more expensive future, Bournival or Leblanc?

Depends on how they develop really, but i think that Leblanc is a more skilled player

Agreed. Bournival has a surprising amount of skill for what I thought he was though. And plenty of "git 'er dun."

I think Bournival is going to develop into a 3rd line center's 3rd line center. Hard forechecking, defensively aware, strong as a horse, and actually an offensive threat.

Great pickup for Obyrne.

Pumped, I really like this kid after seeing highlights, and seeing a few more blogs/etc about him with the WJC. Can't wait to see him in a Habs jersey

No surprise. I think Beaulieu still needs to be signed. Hopefully that announcement happens sometime after the WJC.

Kristo & Pateryn will be signed later this year, and maybe Quailer too.

I need more than to know the team has a supply of small 3rd liner puck cyclers coming up soon.

I'm headed for the liquor cabinet.

Youve clearly seen him play.
Apparently 6 feet is small now. Definitely an upgrade over our 5'7" players. Think before posting.

He should be on the first line next game.

I'm almost serious.

He and Gallagher are small by even World Junior standards, let alone NHL.
They are also the same ilk of player that Montreal is being unsuccessful using.

But thanks for quoting inflated height stats superfan, pure genius.

Pretty sure we don't have to worry about him getting pushed around.

Knee-jerk reaction - designed

...to draw attention away from an anglophone coach in Cunnyworth - what a fudge-up and PR nightmare!! .... during the WJ's they reach an agreement?? Wow ..... Damage control at its worst!

at least he's a player with puck posession skills - bad timing though!

Merry Christmas folks!

good to hear!

i like the fact no one is talking about how Gauthier traded o'byrne for a Quebecois player who is now playing in the WJC..

..and how no one is talking about how for 2 years straight the habs have drafted 2 highly rated Quebecois players in the first round..

look forward to seeing him in the tournament!
