That came out of nowhere. Congrats to the Pirates and their fans. He'll have plenty of years left on that deal when the young talent they've drafted the last few drafts starts arriving.

A couple Marlins players expressed concern that the spectacular HR feature in CF of Marlins Park may be an issue for left handed batters facing RHP. Gregg Dobbs went so far as to say if enough players complain they will request it be moved or removed. VP David Samson said it will absolutely not be an issue. Stay tuned!
